Common questions

How do I join my yard?

Your yard manager invites you by email. Open that email on the phone or tablet where Alivio is installed and tap the link — it opens the app, where you set a password and join the yard. If nothing has arrived, check your spam folder, then ask your manager to send it again.

How do I invite staff to my yard?

Managers invite staff on this website, not in the app. Sign in to your account, enter their name and email under “Invite a groom”, and we'll email them a link that opens Alivio on their device. The same panel shows who is still pending, and lets you revoke an invite that hasn't been used.

How do I manage my subscription?

Plans and billing are managed on our website in your account, not inside the app.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Yard tab → Danger Zone. See deleting your account for the full steps and what is removed.
